‘The Group’ concludes partnership with ADI, Exits 1Parts

As part of the agreement between the two organizations, Robert Roos will resign as co-CEO of 1Parts and withdraw from the board of directors, and ADI will purchase the shares held by Pronto and solely lead the 1Parts operation as of Jan. 1, 2022.

After many years of successful collaboration, the Automotive Parts Services Group (The Group) and AD International will conclude their 1Parts partnership on Dec. 31.

“As a founding member of 1Parts with ADI, we were able to gain valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges we all face from a global perspective, and we were able to share best practices and discuss trends that impact our members and the industry,” said Robert Roos, president of The Pronto Network. “With the recent changes in our organization, the time has come for us to transition from this partnership.”

As part of the agreement between the two organizations, Roos will resign as co-CEO of 1Parts and withdraw from the board of directors, and ADI will purchase the shares held by Pronto and solely lead the 1Parts operation as of Jan. 1, 2022.

“We have enjoyed our partnership with ADI and wish them all the best for a prosperous future leading 1Parts,” continued Roos. “We look forward to the next chapter and what lies ahead for the members of The Group.”
