Schaeffler executive to address North American aftermarket priorities at Mexico City summit

High-level session at International Aftermarket Summit will target electrification, digital commerce, regionalization and talent

An upcoming session at the International Aftermarket Summit will address the critical strategic shifts facing the automotive supply chain, focusing on moving the industry from diagnostic discussion to decisive action.

The presentation, titled “From insights to action: Industry priorities for the North American Aftermarket,” is scheduled to take place during the two-day event running July 7–8, 2026.

César R. Pérez Cuan, vice president of automotive aftermarket Americas at Schaeffler, will lead the high-level session. His presentation will address how regional leaders can navigate a rapidly changing market environment.

The discussion will focus on four primary pillars currently transforming the sector: electrification, digital commerce, regionalization and talent acquisition. Organizers noted the session is designed for industry participants ready to define the next chapter of the automotive aftermarket.

The event will be held at the Centro Banamex in Mexico City. The summit is positioned as a key gathering for executive-level decision-makers operating across the North American supply chain.

The International Aftermarket Summit is held in conjunction with INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico, drawing automotive professionals, manufacturers and distributors from across the region to address shared industrial challenges.
