IWI Motor Parts has been in the automotive aftermarket for more than 50 years.

Parts Authority has acquired IWI Motor Parts, the company reported today. The transaction closed on November 12, 2021.

IWI Motor Parts has been in the automotive aftermarket for more than 50 years. Parts Authority says IWI Motor Parts will continue to provide customers the exceptional service they are known for with access to an expanded inventory. IWI Motor Parts and its 14 locations located throughout Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois will play a vital role in the company’s successful expansion strategy.

“IWI has been in my family for a long time, the last 18 years I have spent growing this business, making this the best place to work, giving the best service to our clients,” said T.J. Faley, President and owner of IWI Motor Parts. “The investment in our company by Parts Authority brings the best of both worlds together; the relationships we already have established combined with the resources of a large national player will benefit both sides.”

“Joining forces with IWI Motor Parts and the Faley family was a perfect fit,” said Randy Buller, President and CEO of Parts Authority. “Their locations in the Midwest allow us to grow our footprint into new territory. T.J. has done wonderful work at IWI, and we are excited to welcome the IWI team to the Parts Authority family.”
