Parts Authority, one of the largest automotive and truck parts distributors to the aftermarket industry, has announced they have acquired 15 locations of the automotive parts supplier Parts Plus in the New Mexico and Colorado markets. The transaction was finalized on September 1st, 2021.
Parts Plus New Mexico and Colorado will continue to provide the quality service they refined throughout their extended years of business with access to Parts Authority’s expanded inventory and expert service. Parts Plus and its 15 stores will be an instrumental and essential role as Parts Authority continues its geographic expansion strategy.
