Day one of the MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers Remanufacturing Roadshow & Annual Conference will include tours of Circuit Board Medics, Standard Motor Products, and Bosch Rexroth.

MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers announced the addition of a third tour to the Remanufacturing Roadshow & Annual Conference agenda. Taking place June 25-26, 2024 in Greenville, S.C., attendees will now have the opportunity to tour Bosch Rexroth in addition to Circuit Board Medics and Standard Motor Products.

Each year, the Roadshow features tours of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers member company facilities, highlighting remanufacturing expertise and excellence. Attendees get up-close views of the quality remanufacturing process, interacting with the people who are performing the work and perfecting the craft. This year’s tour members are:

• Circuit Board Medics: Combining years of circuit board repair expertise with state-of-the-art equipment, Circuit Board Medics rebuilds modules that are truly better than new.

• Standard Motor Products: The tour of SMP’s Greenville facility will highlight both their new and remanufactured fuel injectors, diesel injectors and pump.

• Bosch Rexroth: At Bosch Rexroth’s state-of-the-art facility, attendees will see both the new and remanufacturing production areas for hydraulic pumps and motors used in off-highway applications. The tour will also feature their equipment testing proving grounds, R&D lab, and sustainability efforts.
In addition to the member tours, Remanufacturing Roadshow & Annual Conference attendees will have the opportunity to tour the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR). This advanced technology research campus is home to the only graduate Department of Automotive Engineering in the U.S.

“Touring our members’ facilities underscores our commitment to showcasing the remarkable innovations and advancements in remanufacturing,” said John Chalifoux, Chief Operating Officer of MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers. “Each of this year’s tour facilities represent the pinnacle of remanufacturing excellence. The Roadshow is a testament to our members’ dedication to quality as well as the art and science of remanufacturing.”

Along with the tours, the Conference portion of the event will bring together remanufacturers, core and component suppliers, educators, and industry experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities in remanufacturing. This year’s sessions include “Innovations & Challenges in High Voltage Battery Life Cycle Management” with Detroit Reman as well as a panel discussion with industry leaders on “How Emerging Technologies and Circularity are Driving Opportunities for Remanufacturing.”

This year’s networking event will be held at Fluor Field, home of Minor League Baseball team Greenville Drive. Attendees will get to network as they watch the High-A Greenville Drive face the Hickory Crawdads.
