The inaugural meeting of the Aftermarket CEO Council is scheduled for April 11, 2024, at The Henry Hotel in Dearborn, Mich. The event will commence with a reception at the Automotive Hall of Fame on April 10, following the 2024 Vision Conference. The first year of the council will include two in-person meetings, virtual roundtable discussions, and an executive luncheon at AAPEX.

John Chalifoux, chief operating officer at MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers and council lead, expressed enthusiasm for the launch of the council, stating, “We are thrilled to launch the council this year as an exclusive and dynamic platform for CEOs in the aftermarket. The CEO council provides access to a trusted set of advisors and creates a community for aftermarket leaders.”

In addition to regular meetings, the council plans to feature outside speakers and engaging experiential events to enrich meeting agendas beyond traditional discussions. This initiative aims to foster a collaborative environment where aftermarket leaders can gain valuable insights from their peers and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
