Marx Buscemi Eisbrenner Group (MBE Group), a full-service marketing communications agency highly focused in the automotive, mobility, trucking, tech and consumer goods industries, has promoted Lisa Gill to the role of vice president. Most recently serving as account director, Gill has been with the company since 2017.

As vice president, Gill will further expand her role in leading client programs and mentoring team members, while also becoming more involved in the day-to-day operations, strategy and growth of the agency.

“Lisa brings experience, intelligence, tact, enthusiasm and energy to our client programs, while also driving our company toward a stronger culture,” said Frank Buscemi, CEO, MBE Group. “In this new role, she will continue to lead client strategies on a daily basis and take on a larger leadership role at the agency.”

Gill is a seasoned PR and marketing executive, with nearly two decades of experience in automotive communications and public affairs. Throughout her time with MBE Group, she has led clients’ media relations, branding, social media, event coordination and crisis communications activities. Internally, Gill helped lead the company’s drive to define and support its culture following the 2019 merger that formed MBE Group, and continuously works to help bolster her teammates’ growth.

During the past year, she has participated in the IPREX Academy Global Leadership Program, designed to provide global mentorship and leadership training to the next generation of agency leaders.

Gill earned her Bachelor of Science degree in public relations and marketing from Eastern Michigan University.
