Logan Schuchart and Shark Racing announce multi-year partnership with Federated Auto Parts for World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series

The sponsorship starts with Sunday’s finale of the WoO Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway in Barberville, Florida.

World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series (WoO) standout Logan Schuchart, Shark Racing and Federated Auto Parts announced today a multi-year sponsorship agreement beginning with Sunday’s finale of the WoO Federated Auto Parts DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia Speedway in Barberville, Florida.

Federated Auto Parts, a nationally known auto parts distribution network with over 4,000 stores across the country, will serve as a major associate sponsor on the Shark Racing No. 1s driven by the Hanover, Pennsylvania native in more than 80 nights of competition this season across the country. Federated strives to provide both the trained professional and the do-it-yourselfer with quality products that meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications and are made by America’s top automotive manufacturers.

“This partnership with Logan is a tremendous opportunity for Federated Auto Parts,” said J.R. Bishop, director of marketing and member services, Federated Auto Parts. “We have a large amount of customers that are part of the passionate fanbase of the World of Outlaws. To be able to align with Logan and the Shark Racing team provides us more chances to grow our support within the dirt community. Adding Logan to the Federated team with Kenny Schrader and Justin Allgaier is another win-win for our customers. We are looking forward to Logan carrying the Federated brand in all of his races during the upcoming seasons, especially the ones where he will be driving a Federated Sprint car. I know our members and customers will enjoy having Logan representing Federated.”

Schuchart kicked off his 10th season of World of Outlaws competition driving for Bobby Allen’s Shark Racing team the first week of February with four consecutive top-10 finishes, including a pair of top-five finishes in the WoO events. He has climbed the ranks within the Outlaws, piloting his grandfather’s Sprint car starting with his first season on tour in 2014, and Schuchart is appreciative of everyone that has been part of his journey.

“We’ve worked really hard to build our team and attract partners that share our commitment to being the best,” said Schuchart, who will start third in the Outlaws Dash event Sunday. “When you look at Federated’s history, it shows how committed they are to dirt track racing. They’ve been involved with Kenny Schrader for more than 20 years and we’re excited to add them to our team too. This relationship says a lot about my grandfather and the team he’s built. We’ve been able to partner with some really good companies. They’ve helped our growth tremendously and hopefully we helped them as much in return. Relationships in racing are so important and we’re looking forward to building a special one with everyone at Federated Auto Parts.”

The Federated brand will be on the nose wing of the Drydene/DuraMax backed Sprint car for a majority of season and during six nights of action in 2023, Federated Auto Parts will serve a primary sponsorship role on his machine. Those races will align with Federated’s World of Outlaws events on the 2023 schedule and will be released later in the season.

Schuchart has 35 career WoO wins and is coming off a season with five WoO victories and two more wins at Knoxville Raceway. He has finished as high as second (2020) in the WoO championship standings and is looking to be competitive with the very best at more than 36 tracks in 19 states this season.
