INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico organizers have moved the show to a new location and date for the 2021 event, organizers say. Messe Frankfurt, the show’s organizer, expects to return to Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City for 2022.
The 2021 edition of INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico will be held Dec. 1-3 at the San Luis Potosí Convention Center in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, said Messe Frankfurt in a statement by email.
“We are excited to announce new dates and a new location for the 2021 edition,” Wednesday’s email reads. “After careful consideration, and in light of the ongoing COVID-19 developments in Mexico and globally, we are moving INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico. Rescheduling the event will enable us to provide the experience all of our participants deserve.”
“It has always been our desire to grow the event across regions in Mexico and the move to San Luis Potosí created an opportunity to do so in a positive manner,” Messe Frankfurt’s email says. “San Luis Potosí is easily accessible and an automotive hub for various plants including both General Motors and BMW, along with more than 250 Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.”
