When motor oil manufacturers began reducing levels of ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphate) in their products to protect catalytic converters from premature damage, the change left owners of many types of older or high-performance vehicles built with flat tappet camshaft engines without the necessary wear protection.

The solution is compatible with all motor oils, including synthetic, and can be used in any vehicle year, make or model.
