Gary Plover of Hitachi Astemo Americas appointed to CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council

Plover is currently the Vice President of Hitachi Astemo Americas Aftermarket Division and has been a part of the automotive industry for more than 25 years.

Gary Plover of Hitachi Astemo Americas was appointed to CAWA’s Manufacturers Advisory Council, the organization announced.

“As the MAC continues to grow, we are pleased to have Gary join our leadership team and contribute to our discussions of current and future industry issues,” said Michael Rukov, Chair of the Board of Directors. “We look forward to his participation and contributions which will assist the Association in achieving its goals as an effective and valuable automotive aftermarket industry organization.”

Plover is currently the Vice President of Hitachi Astemo Americas Aftermarket Division. He has been a part of the automotive industry for more than 25 years. He served his first six years in OE sales for Nichirin on an international team that was responsible for mergers and acquisition worldwide. He moved to the aftermarket working for Aisin World Corp of America, Goodridge and Superwinch. He is instrumental in creating strategies that increase global sales significantly with a proven record of accomplishment in driving record-setting revenues.
