Folds of Honor founder Dan Rooney among 2024 Auto Care Connect Conference Keynote Speakers

Rooney, an F-16 Fighter Pilot with three combat tours in Iraq, PGA Golf Professional, and founder of the Folds of Honor, will share his journey and the mission of his non-profit organization, which provides educational scholarships to the families of wounded or killed military service members.

The Auto Care Association has unveiled a distinguished lineup of keynote speakers for the 2024 Auto Care Connect event, scheduled for May 5-8 in Chicago, Illinois, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

This year’s guest speakers will be:

•Armida Ascano, chief content officer, Trend Hunter;

•Dr. Peter Fader, Frances and Pei-Yuan Chia professor of marketing, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania;

•and Lt. Col. Dan Rooney, United States Air Force F-16 fighter pilot and founder, Folds of Honor.

On May 6, Armida Ascano will delve into the intricacies of demographic evolution, focusing on generational segmentation and micro-generations. Her presentation aims to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of consumer trends and innovative strategies to foster growth in a competitive market.

The following day, Dr. Peter Fader will share his expertise in behavioral data analysis and its application in forecasting customer shopping and purchasing activities.

Highlighting the event, Lt. Col. Dan Rooney will take the stage on May 7. Rooney, an F-16 Fighter Pilot with three combat tours in Iraq, PGA Golf Professional, and founder of the Folds of Honor, will share his journey and the mission of his non-profit organization, which provides educational scholarships to the families of wounded or killed military service members.

Rooney’s continued service as an aggressor pilot and his numerous accolades, including recognition as one of People Magazine’s “Heroes of the Year” and the recipient of the Fox Nation Ultimate Patriot Award, promise to make his keynote a highlight of the conference.
