Fisher Auto Parts has announced its acquisition of Market Street Auto Parts LLC. The acquisition, which was announced today by Geoffrey Shifflett, Area Vice President of Fisher Auto Parts, and Mark Keister, President of Market Street Auto Parts, will see Fisher Auto Parts acquiring the Market Street Auto Parts location in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.
Market Street Auto Parts has been a leading supplier of auto parts in North Lebanon County, Penn., for more than 16 years. The company is well known for its quality parts, prompt delivery, competitive pricing, and experienced counter personnel, which has made it a popular choice among professional installers and do-it-yourself customers.
As part of the acquisition, Keister will remain with Fisher Auto Parts and take on a customer service role, while Market Street Vice President Joe Kneasel will handle store management and Secretary-Treasurer George F. Maren will serve in an advisory role.
“With Fisher’s strong inventory network and Market Street’s 45 years of experience, we should become the powerhouse of Northern Lebanon County,” Maren said.
