First edition of Automotive Innovation Village to launch at Autopromotec 2025

Located in Hall 22, the Innovation Village is designed to host businesses specializing in services, products, advanced solutions, and innovative technologies in the after-sales sector.

Autopromotec 2025 will debut the first edition of the Automotive Innovation Village, a dedicated area celebrating highly innovative companies in the automotive and truck aftermarket
service sector, the show announced.

This new initiative will be a prominent feature of the 30th edition of Autopromotec, set to take place in Bologna from May 21-24, 2025.

Located in Hall 22, the Innovation Village is designed to host businesses specializing in services, products, advanced solutions, and innovative technologies in the after-sales sector.

The event is organized by DBInformation’s renowned trade magazines — Parts, Car Body, Parts In Officina, and Parts Truck, and will feature companies from various fields including mechanics, bodywork, repair, maintenance, new mobility and fleet and rental services.

“This first edition of the Automotive Innovation Village represents an absolute novelty, which sees innovation as the privileged reading key in the exhibiting companies’ proposals,” says Maria Ranieri, Automotive Director of DBInformation. “With the Automotive Innovation Village, we want to give a voice to the companies in the automotive supply chain that offer services, products and solutions that represent the most far-reaching innovation within an exhibition of international prestige.”

The concept of Innovation in the Aftermarket finds its perfect home within the Automotive Innovation Village. With a focus on fostering a collaborative environment, the Village will occupy a large, unified space dedicated to showcasing the latest advancements and fostering business connections, organizers said.

“We are delighted to collaborate with an experienced publisher with in-depth knowledge of our industry like DBInformation,” says Renzo Servadei, CEO of Autopromotec. “The Automotive Innovation Village project fits perfectly into the broader framework of Autopromotec 2025, a global hub for innovations and new technologies also thanks to our exhibitors and partners. We are confident that this project will represent an important added value for our exhibition and for our trade operators.”

Drawing on DBInformation’s extensive experience in organizing business networking events, the Innovation Village will offer an exclusive exhibition format. This includes pre-furnished turnkey exhibition modules, a spacious central square with a cozy bar service, and a workshop area for exhibitors to present their latest products and services.

“The beating heart of the Village will be the square, where the bar area, with its private and exclusive catering service, becomes the ideal space for meeting customers and welcoming new contacts,” says Ranieri. “Equally decisive, the workshop area, multimedia and equipped, which will host a calendar of content curated by us and will be available to exhibiting companies for presentations and micro-events.”
