DMA Industries welcomes Kevin Stock as Chief Financial Officer

Stock joins DMA with a strong background in finance, having previously served as CFO at CRP Industries Inc., where he played a key role in modernizing financial systems and driving growth, DMA said. His expertise includes financial reporting, treasury, risk management, operations, legal, IT and quality functions.

DMA announced the appointment of Kevin Stock as CFO.

Stock joins DMA with a strong background in finance, having previously served as CFO at CRP Industries Inc., where he played a key role in modernizing financial systems and driving growth, DMA said. His expertise includes financial reporting, treasury, risk management, operations, legal, IT and quality functions.

“As a new member of our executive leadership team, Kevin’s knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and our customer base, along with his depth of experience in finance, audit, treasury, risk management, M&A and budget planning, will significantly enhance our finance and accounting team’s ability to continue to meet our ever-growing needs in these areas,” said John Treece, President/CEO of DMA Industries.

Stock holds a BS in Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina. He has also completed executive education courses at Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Stock will assume the role of CFO, replacing Steve Bertling, the current CFO and one of the company’s founders. Steve Bertling will transition to the role of Executive Vice President- Strategic Initiatives, where he will focus on critical new areas of the company’s diversification and expansion.
