Ciccone brings with him a wealth of experience in the automotive sector, spanning product development, marketing, supply chain management and top-notch customer service within the realm of business-to-business manufacturing organizations, the company said in a statement.
His career includes roles as marketing and product manager at Brembo North America, where he played a pivotal role in boosting sales and expanding market coverage. At CRP Industries, he excelled as a brand and product manager for AAE, showcasing his ability to drive sales growth, manage product life cycles and enhance product lines, DMA says.
Notably, Ciccone’s tenure as parts manager at Shrewsbury Motors VW and Circle BMW showcased his leadership skills and proficiency in operational management. His accomplishments, including significantly reducing obsolescence rates and implementing efficient stock ordering parameters, demonstrate his commitment to optimizing departmental performance. Ciccone’s role as a parts technical consultant at BMW of North America further exemplifies his dedication to providing technical expertise and superior customer service, DMA says. Experience at OE dealerships, BMW NA, and Brembo has given Ciccone a deep and comprehensive knowledge of complex automotive systems and repair processes, bringing a unique skill set to the product manager position.
