Countdown to EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025: THE EXTRA MILE Event Preview

EQUIP AUTO Paris has created a new event to kick off the countdown to the 2025 edition of the show.

THE EXTRA MILE by EQUIP AUTO will take place on October 16, 2024, at La Seine Musicale in Paris, nearly a year to the day before the start of EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025.

“THE EXTRA MILE by EQUIP AUTO is an essential step to explore the future of the automotive and services sector and celebrate the milestones that have been reached by our industry,” says Philippe Baudin, Chairman of the EQUIP AUTO exhibition. “Coming together in a highly symbolic venue, we will continue to probe new horizons, in the aim of shaping the future of mobility. And all this, virtually a year to the day before EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025, the anniversary edition that we intend to be both unique and unforgettable for our sector.”

Designed to push boundaries and strive for continuous improvement, THE EXTRA MILE will bring together nearly 400 key stakeholders from across the automotive sector. Attendees will include business leaders, decision-makers, manufacturers, parts suppliers, distribution and repair networks, institutional partners, government bodies, and media representatives from around the world.

Set against the historic backdrop of Île Seguin, a location rich in automotive history, THE EXTRA MILE will feature high-level panel discussions and unparalleled networking opportunities.

This location was the site of the former Renault factory for decades. The new Extra Mile event will also kick off a year-long countdown to the 50th anniversary edition of EQUIP AUTO Paris, scheduled for October 14-18, 2025.

Key topics on the agenda include the future of electric vehicles, market dynamics, collision repair, maintenance, and the evolving landscape of used vehicles.
