For the seventh time, Continental, a leading automotive supplier and technology company, has been named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes magazine. This prestigious recognition places Continental alongside the top U.S. organizations, ranking companies on employee experience, including work atmosphere and career growth.

Continental’s Head of Human Relations, Grace Hu, expressed the company’s dedication to its employees, stating, “Emphasis on an employee-centric culture has never been more paramount to business success. At Continental, we are proud of the workplace culture we have fostered and the talented teams that have flourished as a result.”

Continental’s continued efforts to drive an employee-centric culture is evident in its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) activities. Through employee resource groups (ERG), the company offers company-wide learning and volunteer opportunities, creating an inclusive culture and investing in communities.

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile this year’s list by surveying approximately 45,000 U.S.-based employees working for companies with more than 1,000 workers. The final list ranks the 500 large employers that received the most recommendations.

Continental’s inclusion on this year’s Best Employers list further reinforces the company’s recognition as an employer of choice. In addition to its seven appearances on Forbes’ list, Continental was named a 2021-2022 Certified Great Place to Work® and was the only manufacturing company to make Fortune magazine’s 18 Best Big Companies to Work For in 2020.

Continental’s company culture fosters individual talent, values constructive feedback, and believes in lifelong learning. The company strives to create an environment in which its employees can grow and thrive while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Continental’s numerous recognitions reflect its inclusive company culture worldwide, reinforcing its commitment to providing its employees with the best possible experience while achieving business success.
