STRATTEC Corp.’s BOLT Lock division has announced the appointment of Gregor Germana as its new product business manager, taking over from Steve Gilles, who has assumed additional responsibilities within the parent company’s OEM division. In his new role, Germana will be responsible for developing and executing BOLT Lock’s sales management strategy to expand the brand’s market share within the aftermarket industry while meeting and exceeding customer requirements.
Germana brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having worked for STRATTEC Security Corp. since 2005. Starting as an engineering co-op, he went on to serve as a latches product engineer and advanced sales engineer at STRATTEC’s OEM office in Detroit. Most recently, he was a program manager responsible for executing new product launches and product changes.
“I’m already very familiar with the BOLT Lock product line, and I’m looking forward to taking us to the next level,” said Germana. He brings 17 years of sales and advanced product engineering experience to his new role for the BOLT Lock brand.
Germana will work closely with several cross-functional teams within the organization, including program management, sales, engineering, and operations. With his extensive experience, he is expected to help the brand expand its reach in the aftermarket industry while meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
BOLT Locks come with a limited lifetime warranty and are available at a variety of retailers, including O’Reilly’s, NAPA, Quadratec, SummitRacing.com, and etrailer.com.
Germana is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008 and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management in 2013. In addition, he completed a Project Management Certificate from UW Milwaukee in 2021. A native of Parma, Ohio, Germana currently resides in Menomonee Falls, WI, with his wife, Meaghan, and their children Amelia, Charlie, and Nora.
