BGA Automotive launches 21 new product references including timing chains, steering & suspension parts

The company's product development team continuously works to release the most relevant references each month, ensuring that businesses remain competitive and up-to-date with the latest aftermarket applications, the company says.

BGA (BG Automotive) is set to release 21 new product references this month, expanding its already extensive range of automotive aftermarket supplies. The new additions include timing chains, crankshaft pulleys, gaskets, cylinder head covers, valves, and steering and suspension parts.

The company’s product development team continuously works to release the most relevant references each month, ensuring that businesses remain competitive and up-to-date with the latest aftermarket applications, the company says.

One of the new references, the “TC2744FK” timing chain, has been added to cover popular applications such as the Hyundai i20 2015 onwards and Kia Rio 2015 onwards. BGA’s Timing Chains are subjected to various testing procedures, including tensile testing of chains, VVT function testing, tensioner spring rate tests, and guide sizing evaluations. These tests guarantee that the quality of BGA’s timing chains matches that of the OE alternative.

In addition, BGA has added 12 new references to its Steering and Suspension range, covering popular models from Audi, VW, Citroen, Peugeot, Vauxhall/Opel, Ford, and Tesla. The “SC0100” reference has been specifically released for the Tesla Model S 2014 onwards, and more aftermarket references for the electric automotive market are planned in the future. The “TRC01055” reference covers models such as the Audi E-Tron 2018 onwards, Audi Q7 2018 onwards, and VW Touareg.

BGA’s market-leading technologies, such as induction hardening, CNC machining, cataphoresis, and its high-capacity forging facility, ensure that its steering and suspension references have the highest standard of rust resistance, the company says.
