AASA adds livestream option to Global Summit

“After closely monitoring weather conditions, flight cancellations, and COVID-19 cases, we have decided to add an informal live stream option to the 2022 Global Summit,” AASA said in an email and on the event signup landing page.

AASA said it has added an optional livestream of the upcoming Global Summit, taking place Feb. 3-4 in Coral Gables, Fla.

“After closely monitoring weather conditions, flight cancellations, and COVID-19 cases, we have decided to add an informal live stream option to the 2022 Global Summit,” AASA said in an email and on the event signup landing page. “This will NOT be like a virtual conference like in years past, but with such an action-packed agenda, we would hate for anyone to miss out.”

“Carlos Straetger with Super Repuestos is the keynote speaker and he will be covering business and growth strategy in El Salvador and Central America,” AASA said. “Carlos will be accompanied by several other great companies and presenters such as Tom Cook with Blue Tiger International, John Price with America’s Market Intelligence, and Sig Huber with Riveron as we tackle how to navigate the global aftermarket beyond the pandemic.”

Topics set to be discussed at Global Summit are, to name a few:

•Supply chain

•inflation

•exchange rates

•pandemic disruption

“Of course there’s also some time set aside for a reception and networking fun,” AASA said. “We hope you’re able to join us in-person, but if you can’t — take advantage of the live stream!”
