73rd Annual AWDA Conference registration is now open

Registration for the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA) 73rd Annual AWDA Conference is now under way.

In an effort to meet the needs of all our AWDA member companies, this year’s Conference will offer a level of flexibility that’s never been seen before, conference organizers say.

AWDA+AWDA+ will offer attendees two opportunities to engage with fellow members and channel partners this fall. Members are encouraged, but not required, to participate in both opportunities to maximize the value of their experience.

The first opportunity of AWDA+ is the face-to-face event, which will take place in conjunction with AAPEX Show dates, Nov. 3-5. Out of consideration for the membership and attendees, travel was consolidated for efficiency, safety and cost savings.

Instead of the Venetian guest suites, these face-to-face meetings will be held in either the vendors’ AAPEX booths or in modular meeting rooms adjacent to the show floor. All necessary standards of cleanliness and safety will be adhered to. AWDA members will also have the ability to pre-schedule show-floor meetings in the same manner as traditional AWDA one-on-ones, further enhancing show floor efficiency.

The second opportunity of AWDA+ is a virtual event featuring our traditional awards ceremony and member recognition on Nov. 16. Pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings will take place on Nov. 17-19 via private video conference. The scheduling process will be identical to past years.

Both experiences are included with just one registration. Moreover, company-based registration will allow for unlimited company delegates, so all participants can be sure to have the right person in the right meeting at the right time. The virtual format will allow many more company staff to experience AWDA’s high-level one-on-one business discussions between top decision-makers from both distributor and vendor companies.

Continue to conference registration.
